PTSB tracker at 4.25???

I always thought that the tracker related to the ECB so my question is ..... How come PTSB can charge 4.25 on a tracker when other trackers are at 2.25?

Depends what rate above the ECB you are at. Some contracts had ECB at +1.25 points so would be charged at 1.25% above the ECB rate. Others are higher. All trackers are linked to the ECB but some are higher rate above.
