Xbox won't read disks

    Hi

    My kids Xbox won't read any of there disks. Its about 18 months old, what can I do?

    You have a 2 year warranty on the console in Ireland, so a repair through MS would be your best bet.

    They seem to have taken their phone number off the website. You can still text-chat with them, or request that they call you:

    i had one that was out of warranty that had the same problem, fixed it in 20 minutes after watching a youtube video :)
