Sony e-series Walkman and MediaGo

    Any advice greatly appreciated as I really dont know what I am doing.

    Installed my new Sony e-series Walkman onto my laptop. Everything went fine. Instruction manual comes up as shortcut on my desktop. Want to drag music from iTunes onto my Walkman which is possible. Instructions say to open up iTunes (no problem) and MediaGo which is a part of the Walkman (problem). I cannot find MediaGo on my computer or on the Walkman. Is driving me mad as really want to get this working.

    Well finally got everything working. Not really sure what I did but it works!!
