Cheap Holiday Deals

I'm hoping to book a really cheap holiday for the first week in July for 2+1. Anywhere in Spain or Portugal would be fine. What I'd like to know is, is there still such a thing as last minute deals? I've been keeping my eye on the likes of Alpharooms, latedeals.ie, aer lingus and ryanair, but the prices seem to be still…
