Need some help trying to ring a irish mobile in Spain.

Can anyone tell me what I need to dial to ring it?

just dial it with the +353 prefix before the number same as normal

Where are you? If your in Spain too then dial 003538X XXXXXXX as siad.
If your in Ireland and the mobile your calling is in spain just dial the number as normal 08X XXXXXXX

they may not have roaming enabled on their phone or have no credit on their phone (it costs them too when u phone them while they are abroad)

try txting them or top up their phone credit if its an emergency and you really need to phone them

+353 worked for me when I was on holiday and was calling someone in the same country with an Irish mobile. Try it a couple of times, it didn't work for me the first time.

Are you in Spain or is the person you are trying to contact in Spain ?

If you are in Spain trying to contact the Irish mobile drop the 0 and add 00353 for example 00353861234567

If you are in Ireland trying to contact a person who is currently in Spain then nothing changes, but the person in Spain has to have credit on their phone to take the call.
