How long do leaving cert results last?

Hi guys, Just wondering if anyone knows for how long are your leaving cert points valid? As in,if u did the leaving 10 years ago can u just apply normally for any cycle? Cheers A

I don't think there is a set date. At the moment they accept the leaving cert as far back as it goes in it's current form. When a new type of end of school exams comes into place they will probably phase out the old ones.

You can become a mature student at 23 as far as I know, so after that they don't really matter.
