Leaving Cert Maths

I know this is a stupid question, but if you pass Maths the first time you did your leaving cert, and then fail it when you repeat, does that mean that you have officially not got a pass in Maths, or does your pass from the first time still count:pac:

You can count the pass in maths from the first leaving cert even if you fail maths in your repeat leaving unless you are applying for medicine
