So, who can decipher his tweets?

So far I've picked up that skipping a swim cooldown will do for a taper, and that a prostate exam is good before a track set.

Who else is worth following on the twitter?

The guy is off the wall. Considering he's an Ozzie, you would think he would be able to string a coherent sentence together

Did you see his comment about stretching? He obviously isn't a fan.

He's an odd one alright. I started following after the GB Olympic selection stuff and since then I've been left baffled. Latest one is a great example:

Better people to follow on twitter than a child sex abuser who ruins the majority of athletes that he "trains".

His interviews on IM talk I thought were class, he was talking about stretching then, pretty much said (as far as i remember) that you don't need range of motion for the three sports, its not like its 110m hurdles.. like his no nonsense attitude - doesn't mean i've adhered to some of it even though I agree with it!

he's a bit of a legend alright. Chrissie Wellington's book focuses fairly heavily on him. His tweets are bloody gas
