Can you pass OL maths if you just get parts (a) and (b) right? Sorry it's a stupid question, but I'm really worried about passing it. (Maths is NOT my best subject lol) Thanks in advance. :)

If you got ALL the a's and b's right, that'd be 60%, for paper 2 the marking scheme is a little more erratic.

It's hard to get all the a's and b's totally correct, so always hav a go at the part c's too even if they seem quite difficult. Generally if you get even one or two lines correct of a let's say 10 line question you will get the attempt Mark of one third of total marks. This could make all the difference. Best of luck!

why dont you practice just part c's until then?

    Definatley!
All the marks are headed towards the part a's and b's.
Theres little marks for actually getting the right answer in anything, just attempt it as best you can.
Make sure you look at the logs, might be something helpful there.
And always right down the formulas.
Take your time with part a's and b's - if you make little/no mistakes you should pass .. actually do a lot better than pass!

Make sure you attempt everything, even if you don't have a clue just write something down. Its amazing how much marks you get for just attempting.
