How much to 'Compound' a campervan

Any ideas on what it would cost to 'compound' a van, 7 metres long. Would it be less than one hundred euro or more? Is it worth doing, someone said it helps if you do fairly big mileage as you don't have as much trouble with airborne things sticking to the van! Anyway the bottom line for me is the cost. Thanks in advance…
