Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Ireland's best journalist who is also one of the most beautiful women has become a minor obsession for me. If I got to know her I might even fall in love with her.

    Why is it that other Irish people mock this woman who is arguably the most talented person in her generation?

    The main reason I suspect she is mocked is because of an ill-time purchase of a flat, but many bright people went overboard during the Celtic tiger.
