You know I normally wouldn't even think about doing a TEFL but at that price it would be worth it, if nothing else to get a small bi of experience for a CELTA.

Thanks for that, i googled a few reviews today and seen mostly negative comments from that course provider, does anyone have a positive experience with them? I might wait to see if I can get a deal on another company with a better reputation!

Do you know if these are worthwhile to do?? Does it actually count if you were to go abroad and want to teach english?

I'm in Korea teaching English and can tell you that yes, it does. Nothing wrong with doing a TEFL over a CELTA. TEFL is a far more established brand, so recognition worldwide will be better, and also, the A in CELTA stands for Adults, so, if you want to teach kids, it won't be that useful to you.
