Afraid I haven't found anything that applied to Crowdfunding for Business In Ireland, The only Successful (Number of Running projects) I have fund is Fundit.ie which is mostly for communities and the arts and specifically says in their terms and conditions that funding to setup a business isn't applicable.

Keep in mind that this is only from my brief searches.
