Hard Drive best Gb to € ?

Hi need a hard drive looking for the most Gb to € going so id say ill have to get a 2Tb or 3Tb any one know were is the best place to get one ? Also if im going to get a usb one ill get a usb 3 one and a pci usb card so i can fill it up quick :)
