    Hi VanZan,

    You can either purchase the filters privately from most computer/electrical shops or you can speak to our technical support team on 1890 260 260 (8am - 10pm, 7 days). They will troubleshoot the connection over the phone and can then decide whether the filters are the problem. They can then issue replacements if required.
