Hi, I’m Sarah.. new to this space. Can someone help me find a site that offers natural/ eco-friendly baby products? I’ve found a few sites but not all their products are organic or eco-friendly, and it’s hard to find a site that has cute stuff.

Just be sure to look into the products themselves, have heard a few stories of "eco-friendly" products being far less "baby-friendly" than the more established alternatives from companies with poorer eco-credentials.

I cant recommend a specific site, but would highly recommend an eco-product we got:

    Merino wool blankets.
We got gifted ours and its a godsend, it self-regulates the temperature of the baby, breathable, extremely fire resistant, great for sensitive skin, and is so soft. Merino is 5 times more finer than human hair and softer than cashmere. Its biodegradable and a renewable resource.

The one we got was the Francis Jane Heirloom blanket. Now it was probably bought in a shop in NZ and posted over to us but this site has the one we got; http://www.organicbaby.co.nz/shop/nursery/linen.aspx

Our friend is sending us another one. Baby sicked up on his one and we had to use a cotton cellular one while his own was getting washed and the replacement blanket felt like cardboard. So she offered to send us a spare.

They are dear, but in my opinion, are well worth it.

This site is great for checking products http://www.ewg.org/skindeep/
it is american so I have found that some products I have bought and checked have slightly different or less ingredients than what is stated on this site so bear that in mind while checking :)

Also OP I find local health food stores great for buying natural products such as shampoos etc and my local one has a big catalogue from all the brands they stock so I can look through and order anything I like

    ecobaby is good

http://www.greenbaby.com is great - their nappy balm is amazing, cross over vest a must for newborns and little wrigglers - used ours on all 3 children, so great value too, open ended sleep gowns are fab too and great for middle of the night nappy emergencies, and their swaddling blankets.

the little me baby organics http://www.littlemeorganics.co.uk/ are great and you can buy in boots

http://thenaturalbabyresource.com/ also good and good value

I’ve bought products from this site, they’re customer service is great and their products are great quality.
    Organic Baby Chick
From their site “furniture is made with FSC certified sustainable woods and environmentally friendly manufacturing practices. Their bedding and towels are made of 100% organic cotton.”
