Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I know this has been done before but here's a slant....

I'm looking for a few tips from AHer's.

what would you do if you knew a person who works with you is spending all day on boards talking ****e and not doing what they are meant to be doing.

How to get the point across to do your F*cking job instead of being on boards

    All suggestions welcome

    :D

Edit your message, I think a nice 'oh and hey Kevin' at the end would be good.

Only if his name's Kevin though, if not then I'm back to the drawing board...

I would go about it the snide way and make a thread in After Hours in the hope they see it and get the message without me confronting them.

I have the solution to this problem my fellow work dossers!

Place you desk in the corner facing out towards everyone else. That way, your colleague see the back of your monitor. It's worked for me for the last year and a bit ;)

yes they are but not to the extent they are spending on boards especially when they are in a junior position and a totally different department than me.

I don't care what co workers do, so long as they get the job done. (This applies to me also as I'm also on boards)
