Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

He knows his football but he talks far too much and much too loudly. It's actually painfully irritating.

I wish he would just be quiet.

"Does it help that 7 of the players are from Zenit St. Petersburg".

"I DON'T KNOW BUT THEY WERE GOOD AGAINST IRELAND IN DUBLIN TWO YEARS AGO".

    ----

It's not too bad, could do with a few less Baroses and Arshavins as there seems to be at least 3 of each playing for both teams.

Brian is very good, very sensible comments, straight to the point and honest. No ****e take or sensationalist crap. Quite suprised. BTW a great start to the tournament. Cans of bulmers going down well!

Why can't we get somebody who knows their football but can also convey that knowledge properly and not in an irritating accent?

I don't mind his accent: "I think the big huke might be coming for him".

His mic is too loud and some of his sentences were rambling and pointless earlier - I think he's getting a bit better now.

Brian Kerr confirming the rumours that if you wear orange boots, you must prove that by displaying you're quality.

    Glad that has been sorted.

Love the RTE in game/studio match analysis.

Good calls by Brady on poor offside play.

Spotlight technology very impressive by RTE...no expense spared!

As much as they all fook up, I wouldn't swap them for anyone tbh. Makes for great viewing.

God help people stuck with ITV/BBC coverage.

Yeah. Those poor people have to endlessly hear how good the England national team are. Thanks to RTE we don't have to listen to any of that and instead only have to emdlessly hear how good Manchester United are.

Living in England I've been watching ITV and BBC today with no access to RTE. Absolutely bored senseless with the analysis. Never thought I'd say it but I miss Bill and the lads!

Really? Just an old stereotype. Seems the Irish are far more confident of their chances of some sort of success than the English in this tournament. English journalists seem to have written it off and "euro fever" certainly hasn't crossed the Irish Sea.

Personally, I don't see anything wrong with going to tournaments expecting your team to come through for you but to say that it is what is currently happening in England couldn't be further from the truth!

It was a social media poll, not a text poll.

Wasn't impressed at all by that Après Match, taking the mickey out of Crystal Swing seems a bit pointless
