1. What is your budget? €400-500
2. What will be the main purpose of the computer? Some gaming, eg Skyrim, Star Wars the Old Republic.
3. Do you need a copy of Windows? Yes
4. Can you use any parts from an old computer? May have a monitor handy
5. Do you need a monitor? Maybe
5a. If yes, what size do you need. Average I guess

5b. If no, what resolution is your current monitor and do you plan to upgrade in the near future?
6. Do you need any of these peripherals? Need Keyboard, mouse, wireless
7. Are you willing to try overclocking? Doubt it'll happen in the budget! Think he likes the idea though

9. When are you purchasing? About 2 weeks
10. If you need help building it, where are you based?
