Dogs barking like crazy in house behind our estate. I contacted ISPCA, but its not in their area. Got a local SPCA number and called them but haven't heard anything. I got the district court form but I don't know their name only address. So cant use the district court. gardai cant give name - data protection. Any ideas on…
