Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    this was probably asked before but why is de rossi playing as a centre half? are all italys natural cbs injured or suspended or something?

    He's been constantly adding tattoos to an arm sleeve he has on his left arm. Probably has had work done recently that is still covered.

    The Italians are getting onto the ball a lot more than I thought the Spanish would allow. Dr Rossi has had a good opening 20, Balotelli less so.

    early doors but Spain look like they lack any attacking threat. Lots of neat passes all over the pitch but other than a few David Silva potshots from 25 yards i just don't see them offering much.

    Italy giving at least as good as they're getting if not having the better of it.

    Spain's lack of a striker is playing into Italy's hands a little bit IMO. Not too worried about pushing men forward as its taking an age for Spain to get the ball up the park. It's encouraging Italy to push forward with little fear of being caught short at the back.

    It is just easier this way, don't think it is a rule. I like the group threads instead of individual match threads. Good idea whoever started it.
