Navy Work Shoes

I need to buy some navy shoes for work but it is proving impossible!! I looking for a pair of simple flat pumps and a pair of heels with a rounded toe (2.5 – 3 inch max), with very little / no detail. Anything I have found in navy is either too high of has a wedge heel. Any ideas?
