Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Jamie just do it for the craic! I've decided to dress up as a cave woman so you'll know who I am when you see me hahaha
I'm bringing spare costumes as well because I'd say a few people thought it was just normal 'night out' clothes and not costumes I've a mens grim reaper costume (basically a black full length dress with a hood ) If we cross paths during orientation you're more than welcome to borrow it lol... 0 -

If you defer you must only apply for the course you have deferred. I.e the course you defer must be the number one choice. If you put any other courses you will lose your deferred place.

No, no, I mean deferring my HEAR place, not my course!
Or do I just have to apply all over again next year?
Oh apologies HEAR eligibility carries on for one year, you fill in the form again and at the bottom it asks for your previous CAO number, I think this will carry eligibility forward. Double check with the Admissions/ Access Officer of the college you will apply to next year. 0 -

My friend is doing it too so at least I won't be alone, i'm talkative enough anyways, i'm more nervous about what to wear :L Yeah I was thinking that, I live in Athenry so I know Galway pretty well 0 -

Ahh yeah, it's usually great craic like, and a chance to meet new people! There isn't usually many people from Dublin in the University full stop. However, I am a mentor and am from Dublin originally! Ohh god, it's usually near half the people! I had great fun altogether last year, it was the day of the Dublin Donegal final. So whilst I was on the tour, the Donegal dads were keeping up to date on the score and poking fun at me. By god, did i scream in the canteen as I listened to Dublin win.
