Manky night in work, feeling all flustered after it. And I have to be up at the crack of dawn tomorrow to see my family, where I will no doubt get a lecture about how much weight I need to lose, because being a size 12 is a sin in some people's eyes. *think happy thoughts, think happy thoughts*
Why on earth would they do that? Size 12 is prefect in my eyes, dont mind them!

The Body Shop? They're not there every day but they do the job and it's not too expensive.

Absolutely nothing really, came in the door to a stupid form that boyfriend couldn't manage to fill out properly and asked me to and it just set me off, then I got a moany phonecall from a relative, then boyfriend changed our plans for the night and buggered off to his computer (as usual), and then he pointed out that I made a mistake because of info he gave me. I'm just mad at everything right now, had such a good day and can't believe how quick it and my mood went to shite.

Oh i hate when that happens. Just takes one little thing to annoy you and everything else pisses you right off. Get a cuppa into you and something nice to eat and watch a fav program :)

I'm sick of people slamming down the phone on me. No matter how annoyed I am at a company, I do not take it out on their Customer Care staff.

I worked in Customer Services for years, it can be really cruel and soul-sucking at times. You develop a tough skin after a while. I just finished there in March after 2 years doing it.

Some people can be so horrible to customer service staff though, as if it is their fault. I understand why some customers are frustrated but what they don't get is the staff are often more willing to help them if they just treat them with a bit of respect.
