I may be a little hormonal/mental or something but that post is seriously after making me teary. I can't bear to think of the poor little thing feeling so bad just snuggling in before he dies or something. It's horrible. Stuff like that would put you off having a pet because it's honestly rhe worst feeling in the world when something happens to them. Still though, at least you're looking after him when he needs you the most. I know I couldn't do that.

Yeah it's hard looking at him all flat. Weirdly enough he's just crawled down my top because it's warm down there. I'm going to mind him for a while and see what happens.

It's the "Father Ted Soundboard" App and it's free I have it! It does all the character voices and its so fun. I especially love playing "Arse Biscuits!" by Fr Jack

Oh, I'm flat broke at the moment too, but it's even with contacting people. Sometimes I might just not reply to someone's text. Though it usually slips my mind.

Maybe you've just gotten a bit sick of people and needed some time on your own?

I get like this, need solitude to recharge my batteries, especially if I've had a particularly hectic social or work life.

Thank Christ I missed the gross "show" talk, I know what it is but I definitely agree that Das Kitty's and other posts should've been spoilered! *gags* More furry babies for me, that come without their own Jurassic jellyfish.

I think it's 'cause I'm not fully happy with my life right now and when I find myself in that kind of situation, I sort of take on a hermit-recluse life until I'm feeling better about things.

Ahhh. Good god. I once lay awake petrified I could hear a mouse, it turned out it was a butterfly flying against the bedroom window.

My blood pressure must have been through the roof. Rooted to the bed so I was.

I want to get a tortoise or some animal that has a ridiculously long life span. It sucks that dogs, cats and many of the other creatures we love don't live very long lives.
If a dog is man's best friend, why does one generally outlive the other by several decades?! It's not fair.

My cat will be 16 this year and I am already dreading the fact that he won't be around forever. Losing a pet is devastating. I suppose just loving them as much as possible in the time we get to spend with them, then cherishing the memories of them has to be enough.
