I don't mind my close friends calling me those pet names, myself and my best friend call each other chicken, lovely, etc. But my other best friend, if I called her that name or if she called me one of those names, we would laugh/punch each other. Different friends, etc. But if a boy calls me a name like that, I am not cool with it.

I am going to shut up now but first, I have a friend who calls me 'babygirl' and it makes me cringe every time. He is American so I can let it go a teeny bit but seriously? BABY GIRL? Seriously?

I have one friend that we make up the smoochiest names when we meet up just as a joke, like Honeykins, Bunny Bear, Sweetiepoo and things like that.

If any one actually called me anything like that it would be really weird. Although, I was travelling in the South in the US and all the waitresses called everyone Hon or Sugar and it was kind of fun. Then again, that was holiday and not day to day reality.

This isn't a spelling thing but while I'm ranting about things my friends say, it would be wrong of me not to mention 'hun'. I HATE BEING CALLED HUN.

    Not just "hun", but "hon".

I never really heard it until I came to Dublin and one of the other culchie girls that moved up the same time as me has taken it on in her text messages. It pisses me off!

I have never been so hungover in my life. Staff party last night...must have had at least 5 shots of tequila on top of loads of mixed drinks. :/ Was puking all night and this morning...still can walk around without feeling nauseous...wah. I very, very rarely vomit...only my second time ever vomiting from alcohol (and last!!). Ick.

Missed my orthodontist appt this morning too, had to ring at 8 this morning and say I was sick...was so obvious it was from drink! And this is mainly why I never drink.

I watched it at your recommendation the other day, it's amazing!

I've decided to go with Hoodwinked, I don't think it's Disney but it's so funny, I haven't seen it in years!

told ya, my favourite animated movie of the last few years, hope Dreamworks do more like that and move away from the Shrek/Madagascar stuff.

Kung Fu Panda 2 is well worth a watch as well, really funny and surprisingly emotional.

    other animated movies worth watching:

    Spirited Away
    The Iron Giant
    My Neighbour Totoro
    Up
    The Secret of Kells
