Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

When a settlement has been negotiated and paid to the person who obtained a judgment mortgage, how is that settlement registered with the Land Registry?

As far as I know a judgement mortgage is simply registered on the deeds of the property, so once it is paid, that note will be updated accordingly.

I'm sure the Land Registry will be able to help you.

The 2009 Land and Conveyancing Law Reform Act might give more details.

For registered land, it's listed on the Folio and you need to fill out a form to get it removed.

Land Registry are very helpful for all land-related queries, give them a call:
