    the shower head i have is the type that is stuck to the wall. Other than a little tilt it cannot move.

    Is there any attachment I can get for it so I can put a hose and head on it.

    I can screw off the head

    You can put an attachment onto it but it will be up to high.

    Is there any chance you can get access to the pipework. Usually if it backs onto a hotpress its possible
