Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi all
Is it legal for a person to record a conversation or conversations in the workplace. A person I know regularly records conversations with her fellow colleges in order to build a bullying claim. Any conversations are wrote down but now she uses her phone to record. Also this is all done with out anyone's consent

Generally you can record whatever you want but there may be issues with publishing it (i.e. playing it to a third party) or seeking to introduce it in evidence in a court/tribunal.

Also another employee, who has been recorded could have an issue, as the fact that they are recorded could be seen as interfering with their privacy, some people could feel if they are being recorded as bullying.
