Looking for some young musicians/good recording facilities in the Clare area?

    Hey! New to this, just curious to see if there are any young musicians (Teenage) in the Ennis/Clare area? I play guitar (I'm pretty new- 2/3 years experience)
    and I don't really know where to start putting myself out there. I play acoustic (but would be interested in getting into electric, I'm into the 90's era- HOLE, Soundgarden, Nirvana, Sonic Youth etc.) I have been promised a good electric guitar for my 16th, so I'm waiting for one until then.
    I LOVE LOVE LOVE unplugged versions, so that's what I'm focusing on right now.
    I'm also writing my own stuff, but to be honest it's nothing special. I'm still learning constantly and theory is like Greek to me. I think that getting some public performances would be a good start for both my musicianship and confidence. Anybody know where a nervous youngster like me could start out?
