Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

You missed court or you missed a summons bring served on you?

If court, there's a chance you'll have been convicted in your absence, get onto Court clerk to find out.

If you weren't home when gardai tried to serve a summons on you, then they'll Judy come back another time.

The summons itself or possibly the covering letter (the one with a list of exempted people) should outline the possible penalties for not showing up if they decide to prosecute you.

I'm assuming that you got a jury summons in the post asking you to show up for jury duty today, your post is pretty vague.
