takeaway worker took my number from snipped account?

hi guys , two weeks ago i recieved a call from my estranged abusive father , so i propmtely changed my number , then i recieved another call from him to my new number and my sister , now we dont want to talk to this man ever , so we got a friend to ask how he kept getting our numbers. he is a chef for a takeaway up town…

he is a chef for a takeaway up town and he seemed to have kept getting our numbers from our Snipped account is this even legal?
