    Went to 160 for 5 doubles and done a small bit of incline bench and a few pull ups

    Did 80 85 91 was happy with that snatch was solid

    Missed 110 got it the second attempt cleaned 120 easy and messed up the jerk not happy with that as I easly done 120 in training
