    Hi all

I've some questions for you guys.

Have there been any cases like Lennox down here in the Republic?

Can dog wardens in Ireland do the same to restricted breeds that do not have muzzles on?

Can you anticipate the law in Ireland changing for the worse?

    RIP Lennox

no. pit bulls and pit bull types arent illegal.

no its an on the spot fine.

i can see more breeds being added to the list the way things are going (akita/husky types)

The way things are going, the predominant demographic getting huskies/mals will drive them right onto the RB list in no time.

Akitas are already on the list.

Wouldn't be surpised if huskies/mals get added within the next year either. Have seen plenty of inadequate owners resulting in frustrated dogs.

Well south sea Islanders have a higher bone density therefore can have more muscle so therefore can do more damage in a fight...does that make them more dangerous?

    Better Rugby players :)

Isn't deeming one bread dangerous the same as deeming a person based on the colour of their skin as being dangerous?

Any dog has the potential to be dangerous, just as with any person...

You could say that yes, but then you could also say IKC trusted breeders are Nazi's as they dont like to mix the bloodlines :P
