Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    "Blackadder".

Simply because is sounds like "Back Hander"

The edited theme tune could be the new Presidential Salute.

Bartlett from West Wing is the obvious... though I can't remember much about his economic policies. As a democrat I can't imagine he was in favour of balanced budgets but socially he was pretty much bang on and sure it's not like we let presidents have any real power in Ireland so yeah: Jed Bartlett.

Definitely Columbo. He'd constantly have people presume him to be a bumbling fool, and he'd outsmart 'em all.

    I'd vote for Ace Ventura.

He was fictionalised. I chose his character from the show as opposed to some obscure guy in history we know relatively little about.

    My second nomination. Zapp Brannigan.

"I am the man with no name. Zapp Brannigan, at your service."

"That's the problem with Neutrals - you never know where you stand. Damn them and their neutrality."

"I've always thought the most sensual part of a woman was the boobies."

"The quickest way to a girl's bed is through her parents'.Have sex with them and you're in."
