Anybody think that a tabular statement could be asked as a 60 mark question this year?

Published was a 60 last year. It will prob be 100 this year. Tab is likely.

do people see the 100's being
    - ratios
    - suspense
    - published

Ratios is grand i get them but would they be that horrible? they certainly arent the easiest topics on the course

Anyone think they could be crazy this year and not put ratios on the paper?

Q1 - Company (or Sole Trader if they're being sly!)
    Q5 - Interpretation
    Q6 - Published/Cash Flow
    Q7 - Suspense/Incomplete
    Q8 - Product Costing
    Q9 - Flexible Budgeting

    ..........Perhaps!

Judging by what the SEC have done with some of the other papers this year anything is possible, but there probably would be a slim chance of them not been there ..although personally I would love them not to be..hate ratios :/

No. They'd definitely have to inform students/teachers about a change like that. That would be like not putting a budgeting question on.

Depends on the person. If you have limited time it would probably be easiest to do the cash budget.

Which would take the least time in the exam?

Can depend on the question, but most years I would say the costing, though they have been making longer in the last few years.

thank god i hate them! were doin the 120 markers in Q1 so theres only 3 possible questions they can ask us :) not crazy about published accounts either tho.. a farm account 100m would be nice.. i really hope im not forces to do the ratios question :(
