Hi there Looking to have an engagement party in Dublin. Preferably in the city centre or in the Castleknock/Blanchardstown area. Nothing extravagant. Drinks, maybe dinner or platters. Close friends and family. I've no idea where to start, so any advice on venues would be hugely appreciated. Thanks

Firstly congratulations.

Secondly , twelfth lock in Castleknock is a lovely spot. They have a function room, the platters of food are yum and the decor is tasteful.
