Spotting at Dublin Airport for Runway 10

Hi, Just wondering does anyone know any good places for when runway 10 is in use at Dublin Airport EIDW, is there anywhere to park and stand on a mound etc. Also if you go on the R108 can you actually see the aircraft taxiing close up or is the fence still boarded up? Thanks D :) :)

Boards are old and have been damaged by winds. So a fair few have been taken down so you can see through to the taxiway now in spots.;)
