    Hearing there's a fibre cable cut somewhere in Galway. Dead in the water here. Anyone know more?

    Eircom working on it since 18:00 last night but other than that they're not forthcoming. They seem to have no idea when it might be sorted.

    They rerouted Casla and points west of there now. The outage continues from Galway to Inverin .

    I'm in Spiddal and all gone even our pra line. Rang Eircom and there is no time Frame on when it will be fixed.

    There are 2 digs ongoing near fort lorenzo. 1 is electricity and 2 is the seamus quirke epic. one of those two dug through the fibre to Cois fharraige at 5.30 yesterday. They may need to source a length from stores in Dublin so there is no ETA possibly tomorrow am before it is back. Ring business support <http://business.eircom.net/broadband/contactus/>to get a forwarding number set up.

    Seems everything is back working as of early this morning. Heard there was 300m of fibre cable replaced.
