real pest problem

I could really do with help the nieghbours roses are flowing with aphids and green fly any eco ways of removing them they swarm on my peas and beans. also small tiny white caterpillers seem to be on my broad beans and they eat the end of the flowers where it joins the plant any ideas how to get rid of these pests ?
