    Hope someone can help.

I have a large table in Microsoft Word 2007. Problem is that, on the 2nd page I cannot see the bottom of the table.

I have tried adjusting the margins, but still cannot see it.
Also, can't see it either when I do print preview.

Urgent help needed please, need this for the morning.

    Thanks.

    Hey, try this:

    1. Open a Word document that contains a table that extends beyond the page margins.
    2. Click the View tab on the ribbon.
    3. Click the Draft button.
    4. Readjust the column widths as necessary so the table fits within the margins.
    5. Click the Print Layout button (on the View tab) to return to the default view.

It is the bottom few rows I cannot see, have attached the file to my OP.

    thanks

    Sorry for the late reply.

Fixed it, working now on my side, haven't a clue what happened.

It's attached to this post. Let me know if there's any more problems.

Also for reference, I'm using Word 2007, should display in all versions correctly though.

    How did you fix it?

Just copied and cut what was below the end of the page ( the bit you couldn't see) and then pasted it onto the second page.

No problem at all, glad I could help!

Yuo just needed to put a page break at the end of the document or the point where you needed the information to goto the second page. Select an insert point before the heading for page 2 and press "CTRL+Enter" to insert a page break,
The original problem is all your information is one table.
