No need to be getting a 6970 when there's a 7850 on the market which is better and cheaper.

    Samsung 830 is cheaper:

    What about a case?

Thank you for the advice Monotype. I havent really looked at a case but not too worried about it. A case is a case is it not?
Im taking a closer look at that graphics card you told me about but so far it does look better than the one I picked so thank you for that, also Im liking the look of that SSD you recommanded.

Oh, meant to ask, That graphic card you recommanded has an overclocked version. Is this the one that is better or is the standard version better aswell?

Well, to be fair, the 7850 isn't really faster than the 6970 in general but it can be overclocked quite a lot. You can do this overclocking yourself. Some overclocked versions come with heatsinks a little better than the mainstream ones but if you're paying any more than a couple of euro, I'd just stick with the cheaper ones. I'd go for the 2GB ones rather than the 1GB. After that, just pick a brand that you like.

MSI's Twin Frozr ones are usually quiet and a review of a similar ones shows overclocks of 20% on the core and the memory.

Most will overclock much the same although I'd assume the ones with two fans can keep the card cooler than those with one. It's a very frugal card in terms of power consumption so you won't see much waste heat.

Maybe you could save a bit on the motherboard? There's a few cheaper ones around that price mark with similar features. Anything that you want in particular?

I'd think about changing the RAM too. That RAM is kind of high and gets in the way of heat sinks.
Speaking of heatsinks, it would be good to get one for overclocking and keeping down the noise (over the Intel one).
