Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

We had three players last night who played against Spain in 2002. Not one of them has improved an iota in the intervening decade.

Spain just had Casillas who has since established himself as consistently in the world's top three.

I wouldn't hold my breath for radical change such as picking players who can pass the ball.

I think that is harsh. Casillas is playing with a better standard of player at club level and international level then Given, Keane or Duff has been since 2002. All have been good individually but its a team game at the end of the day so they can only perform as good as the lads they line out beside. Robbie has nearly trebled the alltime scoring record since he overtook it.
