How long is it?! I'm assuming it's open to the general public!?

It's 400 metres, 4 laps is a mile. There is a long jump at the side and a sand pit if you have kids! Its open to all, day and night. Fit for life is Thursday nights.

What type of training are you doing?

The track can be boring, if your looking to do a bit more the track to the gate at Knockatanna is jut less than two miles. Back again brings it to under 4.

Lovely tracks, trails and walks in Beleek and it is well used at the moment with the improved paths.

Total beginner, so don't know what I'm doing exactly yet.

    Where's Knockatanna?

    See this link here

If you walk along side the river and into the woods, you will eventually come to the end of the woods where there is a road. This is the road that you follow down by Culleens school (off the Killala road, you turn right at McVanns furniture shop). There is an entrance at this part of the woods where you can park and walk on the beleek trail.
