Could be of course, I just think there is also a good chance of it being Kag on the left too Ando is not a left winger, or a left midfielder in a 4411 system

But he could be the number 10 with Kag coming in from the left, thats all my thinking comes from, wont have long to wait to find out now anyway! Hopefully we get to see Kag in his best position anyway

Blackett, still young but very good last season for the youth team, will have a big season in the reserves this year hopefully, not ready for the first team yet but could be very good, certainly a better prospect then Fryers was for example.

The defensive injuries are already mounting this season

Terrible news about Smalling. Hopefully Vida can hit the ground running and be ready for the start of the season.

Back 4 for the start should be Raf Vida Rio Evra. Jones can fill in if absolutely necessary.

Interesting if Wooton carries on with his good form. Could see him make a few matchday squads with Chris and Johnny injured.


Shinji starting is great new. The 4-4-1-1 United line up in could easily shift to the much mooted 4-2-3-1 with the players on the pitch.

I genuinely think Smalling could go on to become one of if not the best cb in the world so it is a huge blow to lose him

Dreadful news about Smalling. With Evans also out we could do without any more defensive injuries.
