The entertainment factor is mentioned on screen. Unfortunately, it seems that the entertainment is for non-participating viewers.
There are callers who really need some assurance about something. Do they pour their hearts out for entertainment? I don't think so.
At €2.44/min a psychic in a talkative mood could keep you on line for lots of minutes.
They would do well to reduce the cost by 50% or more for on-air calls because the service is then severely limited as per parts 2, 3 and 4 above.
Would €1.00/min be reasonable for 'entertainment'? ~ Maybe, but what about the morality?
