Tuned in for the last call. I'm kind of in shock. Clearly an elderly woman. She was asking about her health saying she is in a wheelchair, and the fúcking presenter goes on about her love life in the future!!!!

It's very hard to manipulate your voice like that. She had slurred speech and a slight tremor in her voice. I can almost guarantee she's genuine.

Ok let's assume it wasn't a troll and she was a disabled person.

Why could she not be put through?

Remember she rang them.

I didn't see any direct marketing at disabled people.

Also, disabled people are just that....not stupid, or vulnerable or no income.

I'm not defending what these people are doing, the whole thing is pure exploitation. But refusing to put a disabled person on-air would be equally wrong and insulting. She'd paid her money for the (ridiculous and exploitative) service, and is entitled to receive the useless advice she paid for, like everyone else who rang up.
