    Hiya Richersounds.

I am probably going to be in the market for a replacement for my LG 55LW550T in the next couple of weeks(Unless LG do the right thing and replace the panel, Inverter failure on a 13 month old TV!!! Sucks to say the least)
I'm just wondering what ye have available?
I will be after a 55'' again, and just wondering what offers ye have on passive sets?
With delivery to Limerick included of course.

    Thanks Kenny,
Latest is that thanks to some super duper home insurance i may be covered via that :D
I'm just looking at a few other passive models at the mo, the Toshiba's and Panasonics but considering they are all LG panels anyway and LG's new models are just so much better presented I may be swayed to try them again.
    I'll be in touch.

    Hi Banie.

    Thanks for the reply.

Keep us posted if you see this model or any other models any cheaper than we are and we'll see if we can get you sorted out with a nice new telly.

    Back again :-)
Can ye please do me a few quotes for me?
Do ye have any word on availability/pricing for the LG 55LM640T yet? If ye do can ye quote me for 1 along 1x LG DM2780
So if I could get quotes for the following
    Quote : 1xLG 55 LM640T(If/when available) and 1 LG DM2780
    Quote : 1xLG 55 LM620T and 1 LG DM2780
    Quote : 1xLG 55 LM660T and 1x LG DM2780

And I see on the UK website that the 55 LM670T comes with a free 5yr warranty(Is this the full accidental cover warranty?) so if I can twist your arm to offer me similar on the above ;) considering I'd be buying 2 sets :D
Or if not you may aswell quote me on that with the LG DM2780 too ;)

And if you could include shipping in the totals I'd appreciate it greatly.

    Thanking ye in advance folks.

EDIT: I know this is going to be a pain but could I get quotes for the above with the LG2350D in place or the LG DM2780 too?
I'm after the smaller TV for the kids room and 27 could actually be to big now that I think about it

    Hi Banie01.

Here goes with pricing on the required Screens.

    LG 55LM620T priced at £1299.95
    http://www.richersounds.com/product/tv---all/lg/55lm620t/lg-55lm620t

    LG 55LM660T priced at £1399.95
    http://www.richersounds.com/product/tv---all/lg/55lm660t/lg-55lm660t

No Price on the 640T as of yet I'm afraid :(

The 55LM670T comes with a free 5 year warranty but it does not cover accidental damage. Unfortunately none of our warranties provide this type of cover.

LG DM2780 is priced at £269.95 (LAST FEW TO CLEAR) - (This is now a finished line) We have two of these left in stock.
    http://www.richersounds.com/product/3d-tv/lg/dm2780d/lg-dm2780d

The LG DM2350D is now also a finished line with no more stock available.

There is the LG M2252D priced at £179.95
    http://www.richersounds.com/product/tv---all/lg/m2252d/lg-m2252d

Unfortunately the small 3D range from LG seems to have finished. I don't have any news on their replacements as of yet.

So not to be anal about this but I want to cover my exchange rate options too :) could you give me euro pricing inc. delivery on the 55LM660T and DM2780 then?
And any kinda discount you feel like throwing my way would be much appreciated :D LOL
And just to check I know LG are offering 24month warranty periods in the UK now would these come under that too?(As my previous set died after 13 months :( and while SOGA covered me LG were intractable to say the least to the 12mths)

Just to follow up on this, could you sort Euro pricing for me?

As for the 55LM620T on another thread theres a price quoted of €1479
If you really want to go large, we can also offer the 55" LM620 for just 1479 Euro delivered.
    delivered.
This versus the stg price of £1299 which at XE rates comes in @€;1630 which is a big difference and fantastic value from ye BTW ;)

If theres a possiblity of the 660T at a similar exchange rate to what ye offered there(Which after some calculator ninjary is @0.879 ) and would make the 660T about @€;1593 I'd jump on it as I think the cinema screen bezel is sweet.
    What are the chances?

    Hi Banie.

Unfortunately the 660T doesn't have the same margin as the 620 so we were able to work on a better buying price from the original price of the 620 which lowered the sterling and in turn lowered the Euro price.

The 55LM660T would be £1399.95 or €1780 with delivery at £39.95 or €50.

This would make it 1830 Euro or £1439.

You may get a slightly better rate by going with the sterling from your credit card which could make it cheaper again in Euro.

Unfortunately if we were to work on that Euro exchange rate of .87, we'd be better moving south !

    Keep me posted !

Where did you buy the tele from? 13 months is poor for such tv

Thanks Dave, I was thinking it was going to come down to baseline price differences between the 2 models.

Puts me in a bit of a quandry budget wise... Just to clarify the is the 55LM620T still available at €1479 then?
I want the slimline bezel of the LG cinema screen but pricewise it could be too much at the mo for me esp if cos my son wants a DM2780 for his room.

If you can find anything out about availability/pricing of the 55LM640T it could solve my prob even if it does leave me with a bit of a wait :/ if it comes in between both models pricewise
I will do some sums and see what I can do ;)

    To all at Richersounds,
I received my new TVs this morning and all I can say is Thank you!
1st of all for the great service and value!
The LM620 in particular has exceeded my expectations.
I got both TVs for the price of what I was quoted for just the 55LM620T elsewhere :D
But the quick delivery is much appreciated too...

Now its time to dig out my calibration disc's and get tweaking on the picture settings :)
    Thanks again!

I'm glad that you are happy with our service :D

Do you still have 55 Lm660T? If yes what is the price in Euros and cost of delivery to county Louth.
    Thanks

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 2,474 ✭✭✭Richersounds.ie: Dave

    Hi Yetty.

Unfortunately the 660T is one that we don't stock any longer.

The closest would be the 55LM670T which is currently £1399.95 and delivery would be £29.95

This comes with a 5 year guarantee included in the price.

I hope this helps but keep us posted if we can help any further.
