    Hit a single,
    4 bad balls,
    Hit by pitch.
    Runner interference

The first three are correct. The fourth one is not a way to get on first base (unless you mean something different...can you explain what you mean by a "runner interference" situation?)

    Reach on error
    Fielder's choice

....that's all i can think of the obvious ones...

If the pitcher gets into their throwing motion and then stops. Not sure of the exact terminology. And a wild pitch.
Then of course Hit, Base on balls, error, fielder's choice, hit by pitch.

Good, and you got one of the tougher ones too.

No, a balk isn't a way to get on first base.

OK so we have hit, walk, error, fielder's choice, hit by pitch, and dropped third strike.

    So that is six.

    The other two are here:
    Catcher's interference

    and
    pinch runner

Really? I would have guessed both of those happen daily in MLB, which was the tougher one?
