Lost his phone number. Any ideas where to find this info

    - it doesnt appear on my standing order
    - its not on my lease
    - its not on prtb.ie

I have seriously looked everywhere for it but its nowhere to be found. My last resort is to stop my standing order and when next month rent is due and my landlord doesn't get paid, he ll probably will try contact me.

Any other ideas on how to get in contact with my landlord?

Do you have his full name? Area he lives in.

    Try google. Or Facebook.

What bank (and branch) are you paying your standing order to?

Why not send a letter to that branch and ask the bank to forward it to the owner of bank ac 99xxxx xxxxxxx
    (explain to them why)

As a previous poster suggested, try writing to the landlord via his bank.

Also advise him that he is in breach of his obligations under the Residential Tenancies Act 2004 where he is required, under section 12 to:
    (f) provide to the tenant particulars of the means by which the
tenant may, at all reasonable times, contact him or her or
    his or her authorised agent,

Furthermore, the lease agreement my be in breach of the law as there is no address on it indicating where any legal documents in relation to the agreement, may be sent. However, I stand to be corrected on this point.

The OP had a contact number and lost it - how is the landlord in breach?

Point taken, agreed. However, any decent lease will have the information on it, which as I understand it, the OP has a copy.

I lost a friends number and like you had no way of contacting them.
I remembered I spoke to her on her last birthday so I went into my mobile account online, got the bill for the period and clicked into calls made.

    Found the number.

Talk to the PRTB - they will have the landlord's details, they just don't publish them.
